CREATING A SERIES OF OBSERVATORIES ALONG A NEWLY FORMED PATH. EACH STRUCTURE FOCUSES ON A SPECIFIC CONSTELLATION AND IS SHAPED TO RESEMBLE THEM.

EXTERNALLY, THE STRUCTURES ARE OF A LIGHT TIMBER TO CONTRAST WITH THE BLACK ROCK. THEY ALSO FEATURE SMALL DECKS TO GAZE OUT INTO THE WILD LANDSCAPE.

INSIDE, THEY COMPRISE OF A SIMPLE PLATFORM, SEPARATED FROM THE EXTERIOR TO ALLOW FOR MOVEMENT TO TRACK THE CONSTELLATIONS.

THE PATH IS CARVED INTO THE LAVA ROCK AND WINDS AROUND THE VOLCANO, LEADING TO THE CRATER WHERE A 'PHASE TWO' WOULD COMMENCE.
