THE CREATION OF A SOCIAL SPACE IN AN ALLOTMENT IN CARDIFF. THE BUILDING TAKES AFTER TRADITIONAL GARDEN ARCHITECTURE IN THE FORM OF TWO 'SHEDS', ONE AN EXPOSED FRAME, THE OTHER COMPLETELY ENCLOSED.
THE ENCLOSED STRUCTURE HOUSES AN KITCHEN/SOCIAL SPACE, AS WELL AS A TOILET AND STORAGE. THE FURNITURE IS ADAPTABLE, ALLOWING FOR THE SPACE TO CHANGE ACCORDING TO ITS USE.
THE EXTERNAL STRUCTURE PROVIDES AN AREA FOR VINES AND SIMILAR PLANTS TO GROW, AS WELL AS A SHELTERED OUTDOOR AREA. IT PROVIDES A TRANSITION FROM THE ALLOTMENTS TO THE INTERIOR
EXTERNALLY, THE BUILDING IS CLAD IN RECLAIMED TIMBER, TO ALLOW IT TO BLEND IN WITH THE ALLOTMENTS
